Outlook sent a message but did not keep a copy in the Sent Items Folder

Hi All,

Something weird happened today. When I opened Outlook
2003. I showed sending a message, but when I checked at
the Sent Items folder there was nothing. I ran Spybot &
Search and destroy, PestScan, Spysweeper and Adware from
Lavasoft to find out if I had anything but did not find.
They all said I'm clear. I ran my NAV 2004 and again all
clear. Ay ideas what could be or how to find out what was
that message?

Maybe! I don't think it could be since I have truned
to "never send receipt" option under Tracking Options,
but...never knows.
