Outlook Rules Don't Always Work

J

Jay

Using outlook 2002, completed updated.

I have setup various rules through the Rules Wizard to
direct various types of mail into specified folders.

On many occasions it appears as if this does not work
as it's incoming and it just leaves the mail in the IN BOX.

If I re-run the wizard, on the existing e-mail in the IN
BOX, it does detect and move it to the correct folder.

Any help or comments would be appreciated.

thank you,

Jay

Jay - not much help to you but I have exactly the same. All I can say is it's MS software, ergo it's full of bugs!
