Outlook prints wrong name at top of emails.

I have a user that when printing emails from Outlook 2003 gets "Corp Admin
Staff Notes" at the top in bold instead of the usual users name ie. "Brian
Wilson". I cant figure out why this is happening or how to change it. We do
have a shared calendar called Corp Staff Admin Notes but thats it. Others
have it to but they can print normally with their name at the top.

Any solutions?? I am pulling my hair out on this one.

That entry comes from User Information, Your Name field in the account
properties.

name is properly inputed in that field. That's why Im am pulling my hair
out!! Everything checks out fine. Grr.....haunting.

What version of Outlook are you using? Do you have an Exchange server or are
you just connecting to an ISP for mail?

Have you tried going into Word (yes, Word), then Tools, Options, User
Information tab, and changing the name there? We had the same thing happen
in our office where a user's e-mails were printing with "Administrator" at
the top of email, even though her account settings were correct. That was
the only change we made (and it did take about 20 minutes for the change to
propagate), and it seemed to resolve the Outlook issue.

Even though it's been a few years .. I followed the jist of what everyone said in order to change the name in Outlook so my name appeared (permanently) when I print emails. This time however, working off a Mac .. in Word (yes Word lol) you go to Word - Preferences - User Information. Put your name in. Now close both Word and Outlook and reopen them. Should be changed permanently!
