Why in heck would you force people to empty something they don't want?!
It's a whole new millenium and if everything else is so wonderfully
configurable, so should be DELETING THIS PAIN (pun very much intended) IN ITS
ENTIRETY!!!

create some search folders and you'll discover how useful it really is.
While it would be nice if we could enable it or disable it, i don;t expect
it in Outlook 2003. Maybe Ol12 will offer that option.
