Outlook Express - identity login problems

Can anyone help me.........I am presently having a problem
with my 'Outlook Express'.

The problem is that I have two e-mail accounts (telus -
alpha and bravo accounts) so I established two seperate
login identities each with its own password. I have never
had a problem with this over the past three years, until
now. I can log into the bravo account, but the login
identity keeps telling me that my password for the alpha
account is typed incorrect.

Now I have typed, retyped and double checked everything,
but still it does not allow me to gain access.

Does anyone know how I can re-gain access to the alpha
account without having to establish a new identity. I
have e-mails in the alpha account that I do not want to
lose.

Advice would be much appreciated.
