Outlook Express does not change when I change Outlook

I just bought a new Dell computer with Windows XP and Microsoft Office 2003.
I was able to transfer the Contact folder to both Outlook Express and Outlook
Office. However, now when I change any information on any Outlook contact, it
does not change it on Outlook Express and vice versa.

I would appreciate any help anyone can give me.

Outlook & OE don't share info under OL2003. There was a time when OE was
able to use Outlook's address book but that was removed in OL2002, I think.
