Outlook.exe.hdmp files - What are they?

I've found these files, but can't seem to find anything in Microsoft that
details what they are. User is complaining Outllok is running slow - large
mailbox - but in looking these files cropped up

Are these "dump" files from Outlook?

If so, why aren't their existence documented?
