This message happens periodically. Usually when I close Outlook and reopen
it, the message goes away. And then I can look at my activities tab without
any problem. However, sometimes it requires a reboot. I brought all my data
in the appropriate way, by opening it in Data File Manager and adding the
..pst files and then reasigning the default email to the new Personal Folder
..pst. Why is this happening? It has been happening for a year or two,
should I be concerned?

Have you tried repairing your data file? Have you tried resetting your
views? Try starting Outlook once with the /cleanviews command line switch.
This switch (and a few other really helpful ones) are discussed here:

Sorry, now it does. It gave me an error the first time, saying that this
link had been removed.

This hasn't fixed the problem and now it is constant. By the way this was
being operated under strict Parental Controls over the last week. Could that
have affected it? I have gotten rid of the Parental Controls but that hasn't
changed anything.
