Outlook Calendar Appointment Conflicts

If I enter an appointment for a time period that already has one i get a
"conflicts with another appointment on your Calendar" message right above the
sunject. I am using Outlook 2007. In the past I also got a popup message
warning on the conflict. I would like to get that back and cannot find where
to set it. Any ideas?
