Outlook Outlook 2013 - Form quick button

Hi,
I have created a form that i send out many times. It is quite tedious to open the form for sending, New Items> More Items>Choose Forms. Then you have to scroll to 'Templates Saved' and only then can the form be opened.

Is there a way to add a saved form to the button ribbon so that i could just click on it to open it?

I have worked out how to add the 'Choose Form' window to the button ribbon, but would really like this to be faster?
