Hi, running Microsoft Office Home & Business 2010 on Win 7 Pro. BT is my e-mail handler.
I am constantly getting pop up windows asking me to confirm my password?
Any one know what causes this & how to stop it?

I don't have an answer to that problem (well, not without more information anyway) but I would suggest, first off, to run checks with your anti-virus and anti-malware software to check there's nothing nasty lurking.

Rang BT who said it was an Outlook problem which I diden't belive as Outlook has worked for years.
Looked at BT/Yahoo advice & reset password.
Hasen't happenend since, so wait & see.

I have had the same problem a few times. All I did was reset my password. No biggy really as it is something I do every few months.

A day after changing my password it started playing up again!
