Outlook 2003 won't start except in Safe Mode

My system hung while I was using Outlook. Since then, I can start and use
Outllook 2003 in Safe Mode, but it won't start up normally. If not in Safe
Mode, Outlook "tries" to launch for a couple minutes and then I get a message
about not having enough virtual memory. When in Safe Mode, it doesn't show
anything disabled. I tried reinstalling Outlook 2003 without luck. Any other
ideas how to fix?

Hi Rob,
first i would try to run scanpst.exe
after that, i would try to create a new profile
