Outlook 2003 RPC over HTTP OS system requirements

It was my understanding that I could run office 2003 on
Windows 2000 SP3 or later. However, I was looking through
RPC over HTTP documentation and noticed that under
requirements it mentioned Windows XP SP1 or later.

I understand that this is because Windows 2000 does not
include RPC over HTTP version 2. Is there any way I can
download a libraries package to get Version 2 working?

not that I'm aware of at this time - however, you might check on the latest
rpc over http information in MSDN - search for 'rpc over http' at
msdn.microsoft.com and you'll find it.
