Outlook 2003 on Terminal Server 2003

H

HelpPls

This is my scenario:

I have 4 users with Roaming Profiles.
2 Users have Outlook XP installed their local machine, 2 Users have Outlook
2003 installed.
I just setup a Server 2003 Terminal Server and installed Office 2003 (With
Outlook 2003).
When these 4 users log on to the Terminal Server, they receive their Roaming
Profiles and all settings are intact.
We have an Internal Exchange 2000 machine for internal email, which we send
external email through as well, however, we POP our External email from an
out-sourced vendor.
The 2 users with Outlook XP and 1 of the users with Outlook 2003 on the
local machine are able send/receive email while logged into Terminal Server.
1 user receives errors.
I deleted the stored copy of the Roaming Profile on the TS but this did not
solve the issue.
I deleted the External POP account and left the MS Exchange account. When
doing Send/Receive then, there were no errors.
When I added the external account, I received the Send/Receive errors again.

Passwords and external communications are correct and again - this works for
3 of 4 users.

Any one have any ideas??????

Thanks in advance, Sean

This sounds much more like an office problem than a terminal services
problem. I would suggest reposting this problem to the Office or
Outlook newsgroups.
