Outlook 2003 NIS 2004 - NIS Outlook Plug-in Not Working

Does anybody have any experience of this problem.
Have uninstalled and reinstalled both Outlook and NIS...no
improvement.
Problem is that the NIS Outlook (Spam) Plug-in doesn't seem
to be working.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Please contact Norton at Norton.com go under support and find tech support
by e-mail. Please tell them what is going on the more people complain the
more likely they will fix the problem.
