OUTLOOK 2003 - MIGRATING RULES FROM OUTLOOK 2000 TO OUTLOOK 2003

PC clients using Outlook 2000 want to migrate to Outlook 2003. How do they
migrate any rules that they had set up on the old Outlook to the new Outlook?

You should be able to export them using the Tools menu > Rules Wizard >
Options > Export Rules command and import them on the other machine

If you're using a PST, then just migrate the PST correctly and they'll come
along.
