Outlook 2003 - How to forward email to another email address using rules?

Outlook 2003 - How to forward email to another email address using rules? Wish to have the Junk E-mail check the messages incoming to Outlook 2003 (from the Exchange server) and then forward the "good" ones to another email address.

I made a rule to forward all incoming email to an external email address, but nothing gets forwarded. Any ideas?

Ask your Exchange administrator if external forwarding is allowed.
