Outlook 2003 distribution list reached limit

User has reached limit in a distribution list made in the contacts folder.
Can we split this list into 2 easily. We can make up a new list is there an
easy way to get half the other list into the new listl

Why would you want to move them over? I mean, if you keep filling them,
you'd fill two in half the time it takes to fill the one.

Just create a new one, start filling that, and create a third dl to nest the
old full one and the new mostly empty one.

Right-click the DL and drag it a little, Release the mouse button and
choose Copy. Open the first (original DL) and remove the last half of the
members. Save and close. Open the second DL (the copy), give it a new
name, and delete the first half of the members (i.e., the ones you left in
the first DL). Save and close. You now have two DLs that, together,
contain the same list as your original DL. You can even make a third DL and
include as members the names of the other two DLs so that you still have one
DL that can reach everyone.
