outlook 2003 asks for domain logon credentials

I have 1 user only that is prompted for his domain user
name and password when he goes to open outlook.

It has the lastest SP for XP pro(IAW with MS instructions)

The account was set for normal password authentication.

and this is the ONLY user account that is having a problem.
(both domain user and exchanges accounts have been deleted
and recreated)

Does anyone have any ideas????
