Outlook 2002 "retain password" fixes don't work

I've tried the registry fix, and I don't have multiple user or e-mail
profiles on my machine. Anyone have yet another suggestion to get rid of the
recurring "enter your password/save your password" dialogue box?

Thanks. I've tried that link several times and always get a "not currently
available" screen at the Microsoft Knowledge Base. If it's the article posted
there in mid to late November regarding changing the registry, it doesn't
work for me. I've tried that. Other suggestions, I hope?

Do you have any other suggestions? As I replied earlier to your
recommendation below, the problem persists and the XP link on the page you
pointed me to still gives a "not available" message
