Outlook 2000 Can not see appointments

I am using Outlook 2000 with XP Home Edition.. I can not
see any appointments that are entered into the calendar.
The dates are shown bold for appointments but when I open
the day no appointments are listed. I have previously
used this Outlook 2000 but I had to restore XP &
reinstall all my software from a problem. When I
previously used this Outlook it worked fine. I tried
removing & reinstalling the software but it did not help
(the computer seemed to remeber all the information like
my to do list - so I don't think it really uninstalled).
I am also having a problem with reminders popping up for
peole in my contact list that have no association with
anything.
Please help!

Do you have any views or filters set on the calendar? HAve you tried Detect
and Repair?
