operation cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer

I get the following pop up error message when clicking on any link in any
email in Outlook 2007 Beta 2:

"operation cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer"

I don't see any Outlook settings for it, plus the message makes it sound
like Vista is blocking it. Anyone familiar with this?

Thanks,
Mike

Is this a Limited or Standard Account? Also, was this a upgrade from Windows
XP with Office 2007 installed to Windows Vista? That scenario is not
supported.

Turns out that going to "program access and defaults" and selecting internet
explorer as the default browser again fixes this. Possibly caused by Firefox
install, but I'm not sure
