Opening a 2003 file in 2007: "...cannot be run in disabled mode."

I have just upgraded to Office 2007 from 2003, and now when I try to open an
..mdb file created in 2003 I get the message, "The 'Echo' action cannot be
run in disabled mode." I can't find any way to open the file - it has a lot
of vba in it, and I don't see where I could decrease the security level for
macros like I could in 2003.

Can anyone help me in making the transition to 2007?

Open A2007, click the "Office" button in the upper left, go to Access Options
/ Trust Center and add the source file of the db to the list of trusted
locations.
