Open Word 2007 docx in Access 2007 - error

Hello,
I’m trying to open a Word 2007 document from Access 2007.
I have a command button on a form that has the following embedded macro, On
Click.

RunApp "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office12\Winword.exe"
"C:\Election\test.docx"

By the way, "C:\Election" is a Trusted Location

When I click the button, Word opens with an alert box message:

This file could not be found (C:\Election\test.docx)

Does anyone know why?

For those who have had this issue I cannot explain it but after shutting down
my PC and restarting, it now works.
