Only Email Headers Print. Body does not print.

Hello there,

Two users at my company are having a strange issue with HTML Formatted emails.

The body of the email does not print, only the headers print.

I have read and gone through the solutions provided in these articles but
the problems still persist:

Only the Text at the Top of the Web Page Is Printed

Blank Page Is Printed in Internet Explorer 5.5

I have also deleted and recreated their profile but this has not worked.

We are using Outlook 2003.

Can someone please help me out with a solution here? Thank you!
