only cc'ing certain contacts

[Yikes]

Is there a way to create distribution lists where one
person is always cc'd (as in: the letter is being sent
to the dept manager but always cc'd to his administrative
assistant). When dealing with large lists, it is too
time consuming to create a new list each time.

You might be able to use a rule for this -- cc'ing the admin asst whenever a
message it send to the manager.
