Well, to be honest, it's not big enough for me. :D

And, anyway, I wouldn't pay £2000 for the brochure. :D

Stunning home. However simply not worth the money, EVER!

I don't care whom it belonged too previously

Way too clinical looking and the gardens are overlooked by a load of houses!

I would say its probably a good 25millions worth but £100million is just way over the top for that property...
I think Mr Panyioutou is going to lose a bundle on that one! :fool:

I do like the look of the place - you can't beat brick.

I care not for Mr P's taste in decor.

Nice back garden, it's overlooked as Bishops Avenue is in a densely populated part of London.

I'll never own anything like that as long as I live but it don't bother me none.

Congrats to the geezer for the restoration.

When you've got as much loot as Mr P 100 mil is probably just a drop in the ocean.

Only his grandchildren will see a real cash return on his investment but so what, if he likes the gaff, let him enjoy it.

Final comment: If I had that sort of dough, it wouldn't be my choice, I think I'd have two dwellings, something countrified on the North coast of Cornwall and a flat in the heart of Covent Garden - perfick :thumb:
