Old computer died, and want to transfer old emails and folder

My old computer died (Windows 2k with Office 2K). I
purchased a new computer (Windows XP)and want to find my
old emails and folders then transfer them into my new
computer's Outlook 2k. I have the hard drive out of my
old computer, and can access all of the data, I just
don't know what fils to move to the new computer. Can
someone reccomend an easy to locate the old emails and
folders and transfer them to my new computer.

Howdy,

Look for a file ending with PST. I believe that it contains everything
you need.
