OEM XP Prof repair/reinstall over Action Pack XP Prof?

I have a client that was using the action pack and has discontinued
their subscription - they bought 10 copies of OEM Windows XP Prof and
would like to install/change the Action Pack keys over to their OEM CD
keys.

While I could wipe the machines, reinstall everything, I would rather do
the repair/reinstall method so that we don't have to rebuild working
machines from scratch...

Anyone ever do a repair/reinstall from a Action Pack XP to an OEM XP?

A Repair Install should work.

In order to reduce the number of updates needed after the Repair
Install (there are about 40 post-SP2 Critical Updates) you should
download these separately and make up a new installation CD with these
updates slipstreamed into it.

I use nLite (free) for this: http://www.nliteos.com/

Good luck

I don't mind the updates, for the most part I have them on the server
already...

What I have to do is get OEM keys on the machines and remove the Action
Pack MS Office Prof and replace it with OEM Office 2003 Standard so that
we can get them through an audit.

Thanks again (to both that replied)
