OE only prints the header

Hi everybody !

I have a computer with Win XP Home Edition and I'm using Outlook Express.
When I try to print any message, it only prints the header and the message is not printed.
I made some changes to the configurations, uninstalled the printer, installed a new one (other model) and wasn't able to solve the problem.

Can anyone give a hint ?

Not attachments I assume?
Check your margins in Internet Explorer: IE>File>Page Setup.

Hi Bruce,

You are correct, the problem isn't with the attachments.
I already checked the margins and all other printer settings, and also printed to another printer, but the problem is always the same.
