Nothing happens when I right click a printer and then click properties

I'm not able to go in the printer properties of my printer at my work. Nothing happens when I right click a printer and then click properties. I checked out technet and it says its because of of Novell Distributed Print services but i've already uninstalled Novell Distributed print services but no luck.

Any suggestions...I almost gave up and this issue and about to re-install windows
