Norton Systemworks 2003/Realplayer

I just installed WIN XP SP2 on my home PC & Laptop. Everything is fine on my
home PC but on my laptop everything works except Norton Systemworks 2003 &
Realplayer. I click the icons on my desktop and nothing happens? I deleted
Norton and reinstalled but to know avail. Can anyone help?
