Norton Antivirus issue

I have downloaded the WMI patch for Norton Antivirus that
is supposed to allow the Windows Security Center to check
its status. It didn't help. Everywhere I've looked it's
worked for people. Can anyone think of why it isn't
working for me? I have Norton Antivirus 2004 as part of
Systemworks 2004. I went through the Services list a
while ago and disabled a bunch of services, but WMI is
on. Could it be one of these that I need to restart?

I has NAV coming up in red on the security screen fro SP2. I deleted all of
NSW 2004 and reinstalled then ran live update. No problems after that.
Immediately after the SP2 update live update wouldn't run without errors.

I have Norton antivirus and had to uninstall reinstall
then run live update 3 or 4 times to get it to work. On a
different computer live update took care of it.
