"Non-Allocatable List" on CD - how to recover data?

S

I have a data CD I created about a year ago, and I'd like to review &/or
recover data from the disk. I think it was formatted as UDF packets (ISO
9660?). When I try to access the disk, I find that the only item showing in
the file window is a "Non-Allocatable List". The CD usage seems to be 100%
full. It's entirely possible that I did pack it chock-full when I created
it, but I'm not sure. That was a year ago, and I didn't write it down. So, I
don't know whether the 100% measure is the result of some other malfunction
in the disk or not.

If anyone has any suggestions, please send them. Thanks in advance!
