No Recovery Console with Recovery CD?

Hi,

I have an OEM OEM Product Recovery CD of XP Home.

If I start fron this CDROM I do *not* get the usual screen

This portion of the Setup program prepares Microsoft
Windows XP to run on your computer:

To setup Windows XP now, press ENTER.

To repair a Windows XP installation using Recovery Console, press R.

To quit Setup without installing Windows XP, press F3.


but only the option to choose the partition where to install Windows XP.

Thus I cannot start the Recovery Console using the "R" option.


How can I start the Recovery Console with an OEM Product Recovery CD?
