No help for Generic/text only printer properties

Windows XP deleted the option for 12" x 18" paper.
Microsoft offers no help in how to work around this
problem.

After posting this I found another message that addressed
the specific problem I was having:

Hi,

In your printer folder, click on File and then Server
Properties, there you can setup custom paper sizes.
