NO COMMAND PROMPT OR RECOVERY CONSOLE PROMPT

I'm having difficulty calling up any command prompt so that I can enter the
command to unzip the NTLDR. Without being able to do so I am in a constant
loop going through the Boot/Setup screen and back to the "NTLDR is compressed
Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart" screen. Please advise. Thanks!

Boot from the install CD-Rom to start the RC

Also try creating a boot disk. For the floppy to successfully boot Windows
XP the disk must contain the "NT" boot sector. Format a diskette (on a
Windows XP machine, not a DOS/Win9x, so the NT boot sector gets written to
the floppy), then copy ntldr, ntdetect.com, and boot.ini to it.
