NLB Cluster with SSL

I need to implement a fully symmetric, three-node web cluster with Windows
2000 Advanced Server and NLBS with SSL. I am interested in a cookbook-style
document or white paper that describes the SSL part of the implementation.

Questions:
Do I need a certificate for each node?
In either case (one cert or one per node), what is the name on the
certificate?
Is it the virtual cluster name?
If I get one certificate, how do I request it and use it on multiple nodes?
