NIC Bonding (NIC-B) vs NIC Teaming (NIC-T)

Hello,
Is there a difference btwn NIC-B and NIC-T???
What are the pros and cons of both, and which is better???
I tried looking in Microsoft's MSDN and KB, but no success.
Also, I tried searching the web, but got a variety of vendor solutions.
If ANYONE can point me in the right direction, I'd be greatful.
