New Window

Suddenly, when I try to open up, for example, My Documents
folder. I can only open one instance of My Documents. I
can not have two windows with My Documents...I can only
open one window.

Type in Start - Run

explorer /n,::{450d8fba-ad25-11d0-98a8-0800361b1103}

The /n tells it to open a new window rather than open a window if it doesn't exist or switch to if the window already exists.

I've included a reg file that add New Window to the context menu. An open folder's context menu is accessed by right clicking the icon in the titlebar.
