New User to login in but no choice to change

Is their a way to change from administrator to something
else when loggin in? For some reason it flashes through
that screen and I can't even change it.

If you do a Start -> shutdown then open the dropdown menu, you should
be able to log off the administrator and log on someone else.

If this is W2K Pro in a workgroup: CTRL Panel / Users and Passwords and
check the "User must enter...password..." option.

If this fails... in registry...
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon]
change ForceAutoLogon from "1" to "0".
