New server with win2000/old server w/nt4.0 & exch 5.5

Hi
No problem installing win 2000 on new Dell, but have old
bdc with nt4 & exch 5.5. Is there a way to migrate or
should I start from fresh with same mailbox names and
other. I would like to have one PDC with win2000 and exch
5.5 to replace a nt4 pdc and a nt4/exch5.5 bdc, i.e. one
server. This is a small company that gets a load of emails
every week. Just point me to tech doc's and such, any
books etc!!

I would recommend Exchange 2000 (or 2003 I guess -

haven't tried it yet) so you can use OWA easier and then
use the Exchange Migration Wizard after running the
Active Direectory Migration Tool.
