Having problems no one seems to know whats going on.
The top tray is for dvd-writer/cd-writer combo
Bottom tray cd-rom > it does play music cds got Kenny G
on now.
When I insert Kenny in the cd-rom what to do box comes up
do I want to play audio with media player, or copy ect...
So I want to copy it to a cd-r so I click on Copy music
from cd using microsoft media player > media player comes
up with songs start out pending then goes to coping %
goes through all the songs then> goes back to beginning
and says coping to library then changes to copied to
library now that they are gone to the library I click on
the media library, there they are with *** next to songs
now I click on copy to cd or device , comes up with no
songs and says cd-r drive in in use.
I took Kenny out of the cd-rom drive and still that didnt
work. Now it I can play in on the computer without using
the orignal but thats not what I want to do.I wanted a
copy of the cd.....
This media player is 9 series. So its upgraded.

Now to freak out I cant even save files or pictures to
cd-r or cd-rw. I will not explain enless someone want to
help me. I know theres something not set up to copy but
where and what?

Thanks Anyone? Angie

Personally I'm not surprised it won't copy Kenny G - I wouldn't dream of it
;-)

What way are your CD/DVD writer and CD-Rom set up ? Hmmm, don't know ? Ok
then we'll assume when you bought the PC the installers set it up properly.

OK, here's what I'd do, the easy and less complicated way. Download CDEx off
the Web (its free - http://www.cdex.n3.net/ ). Use it to rip your Kenny G CD
onto the PC hard disk. Then use either XP (if you must ....) or Nero (much
better - http://www.ahead.de/en/index.html#download ) to burn a CD.

Cheers,
Jerry
