New emails signature fine but Replies have giant signature font

I tried redoing it with 10 size font but it didn't help. I used the advanced
editor and made sure they were all 10 size font but that didn't help. I
tested to see if it had anything to do with whether the signature was
automatic or added manually and that doesn' t matter either. Just for some
reason I get 12 size font (I know that's not really "giant") whenever my
signature is used on a Reply, but new emails don't have this problem. At
this point my guess is that it really shouldn't have anything to do with the
signature itself but rather may be an issue with a Reply template. Is there
such thing as a Reply template? What can I do to fix this? Thanks.

Make sure that you don't have any stationary or a theme specified for your
messages. This can be checked under Tools, Options, Mail Format tab, right
above the signatures section. It should say none if you want to have the
signatures spaced properly on replies.

Says "none". I also checked the fonts button on that section and that too
says font size 10 (which is correct).
