So do you have two separate domains and need to transfer user
account/roaming profiles from one domain to another, or do you have a new
domain controller in the same domain and just need to change the user's
roaming profile paths to point to the new server?

If this is a new domain and you need to move user account and profiles to
the new domain, you can use the Active Directory Migration Tool (ADMT) for
this. More info on this is at
http://www.microsoft.com/windows2000/downloads/tools/admt/default.asp.

If you just need to change the roaming profile path for multiple users in
the domain, and the profile path is the same for all users
(\\server\profiles\%username%), then you can do a bulk edit of this in AD
Users and Computers on the 2003 domain controller. Just highlight all of
the users you want to change the profile path for, right click and select
Properties, then select the Profile tab and enter the new path (be sure that
the profiles are copied to the new path before the user logs on, or a new
profile will be created).

If I am not understanding your question correctly, please let me know and
provide more details on what you are trying to do.
