Neverwinter: Game loads but freezes at new game screen

I have bought NWN a while back, and it worked fine. I
reinstalled windows XP and now the game freezes when i
try to start a new game. I have updated it reinstalled it
about 8X tryed safe modes and nothing seems to work My
system is up to date for the most part. Except that for
my prosseser all i see is "Intel Celeron" I'm not sure if
this is good enough.

Try installing the NWN updates, they might help resolve this:
