network with workgroup

I have a small office network with about 12 laptops and 3 desktops in a
workgroup.
I added another laptop but cannot share and print over the network. I can
ping all the others from this laptop but that is all. I cannot see or "view
workgroup computers".All laptops and desktops are ruuning XP Pro sp2 and the
network is 100% wireless. The laptop has the right ip address from the Access
Point which is the DHCP.

Run the network connection wizard.

Additionally, check that there isn't a third-party firewall involved which
is configured differently from those on other machines.

Even without browsing, you should be able to connect to shares using the IP
address of the machine or printer in question, rather than the name.
