network problem

I have server 2003 at my office and is giving me problem .
the problem is before when i am home or out of my office , i can ping the
sever well.
but now i cannot do that .So i need help and i tried everything .
i need help .

Not being able to ping the server is not necessarily an indication that
something is wrong--lots of advice suggests turning ping responses off as a
security by obscurity tactic.

Is the real issue that you are attempting to connect to the server, and
cannot? If so, what kind of connection are you trying to make?

Do you know the external IP address of the server? On many kinds of
connections, this address changes irregularly.

One way to discover it is to go to http://whatismyip.com in a web browser
on the server.
