NETLOGON service fails with Event ID 5737

My Windows 2000 server has problem with the NETLOG service
which in turn causes other services to fail.

In the Description field is the following

The system returned the following unexpected error code:
The requested service provider could not be loaded or
initialized.

Richard,

Thanks for your input, I've found the problem, it was a
winsock2 curruption, basically I exported from registry a
good key from another server and imported it...fixed.

There are some Microsoft articles that descibe this,
although none are referenced by the error codes that I
recieved.
