Need help in creating Barts PE? Bart's PE

Could use some help from you knowledgable people please. I have a DELL
and used the DELL recovery CD as my Source (D: CD Drive). After burning
the iso image and rebooting, I received the infamous, cannot fine
iastor.sys file with the newly created Barts CD.

Well I downloaded the dell fix cab file from Barts PE site and
extracted the INF file. I put it in the Plugins directory but not under
a subfolder. I also placed it in the Drivers folder under a folder
called SCIADAPTER under a newly crated directory I called DELL. I
placed the INF file in there with the iastor.sys iastor.cat and
iastor.inf.

Created another Barts PE CD and still received message that iastor
could not be found.

The last thing I did and I have not tried this yet was to un-capitalize
IASTOR.sys to iastor.sys (did a rename).

Have yet to burn again.

Please help this dope (newbie) and perhaps tell me where to put any
files needed to get Barts PE to run successfully and not find missing
files on my Dell (using 1 non RAID stock SATA drive). The more basic
the instructions the better.
